NEW***Starting Monday, October 21, we're entering Phase 2 of the water and sewer replacement project!

What's Happening:

• Phase 1 is complete!  Now, we're moving to replace water and sewer lines through the Church Street intersection, stopping just north of Margin Street/Lewisburg Avenue.
• This phase will also combine dual sewer lines into a single line, affecting access on Church Street at Columbia Pike.

Timeline: This phase is expected to take about 3 months.

 Total Phases: There will be 6 phases in total, working down to Stewart Street.

The Downtown Area/Lewisburg Avenue water and sewer improvements project includes the replacement of the water and sanitary sewer lines along Lewisburg Avenue from 5 Points to Stewart Street and Berry Circle to 4^th Avenue.

A letter went out to residents on June 14, 2024 regarding a neighborhood meeting.
