The Existing Church Site is currently zoned ER and is being used as a place of worship, assembly,
daycare, community garden, park/recreational area, counseling center and group meeting place.
The purpose of this application is to rezone the property from ER to CI, and create a PUD for the
future build-out of the church property. The use of the property will remain predominantly the same
and will be covered under the new CI zoning
