Notice is hereby given that the Franklin Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, August 6, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room at City Hall. Additional information can be found at www.franklintn.gov/planning.
The purpose of the meeting will be to consider matters brought to the attention of the board and will include the following:

Review of Minutes from July 2, 2015 BZA Meeting
Items to be heard by the Board
- A Variance Request by Mark Ammons to vary the rear yard setback by four (4) feet for the property located at 158 Sturbridge Drive in the Sturbridge Pointe Subdivision to allow for the addition of a covered porch and a wheelchair ramp.
- A Variance Request by Jonathan Holmes to vary the rear yard setback by seven (7) feet for the property located at 918 Riverview Drive in the Forrest Crossing Subdivision to allow for the addition of a covered porch.
- A Variance Request by Tom Church to vary the rear yard setback by three (3) feet for the property located at 102 Crestview Court in the Maplewood Subdivision to allow for the addition of a covered porch.
- A Zoning Map Interpretation Request by Michael Story to appeal to the BZA to make an interpretation of the location of the Floodway Fringe Overlay (FFO) Zoning District boundary based on new FEMA documentation for the proposed lots 6, 10, 11 of the Benelli Park Subdivision.
