I. Call to order
Chair Lisa McIntyre called to order the meeting of the City of Franklin Affordable/Workforce Housing Advisory Committee.

II. Recap of the Rolling Meadows Neighborhood Meeting.
Kelly Dannenfelser gave a brief overview of the neighborhood Rolling Meadows meeting that was held January 26, 2010. The City of Franklin is following up with a survey that will assist with identifying the top 3 problem areas from the resident’s point of view. The results of the survey will be discussed at a scheduled meeting on Monday, March 8, 2010, at 6:00 p.m. at Limestone Baptist Church.
III. Recap of BOMA/PC meeting for Inclusionary Zoning Ordinance.
Discussion of the meeting that was held Thursday, January 28, 2010, Lisa McIntyre moved to bring this item to the Board of Mayor and Alderman worksession on March 9, 2010. This will be clarified with Vernon.
IV. Committee Input to the 5 Year Consolidated Plan for Community and Housing Development (7/1/2010 – 6/30/2014).
Paul Johnson presented a power point presentation of the plan followed by a brief question and answer period. Due to time constraints Paul will present a more complete plan at the community meeting scheduled for February 16, 2010 at Shorter Chapel at 6:00 p.m.
V. Progress Report, Emergency Demonstration Repair Program, Community Housing Partnership.
Stephen Murray presented an overview of the business plan for Community Housing Partnership, including a handout of the plan that continues thru June, 2011.
VI. Next Meeting Date, Topics and Pre-work, Adjourn.
Lisa McIntrye reminded the committee of the next meeting date, Thursday, March 4, 2010.
