Franklin Police have issued a Silver Alert, and need the public’s help with locating a confused elderly driver.

74-year-old Joan Norsworthy of Franklin is believed to be somewhere along the Highway 31 corridor, between Williamson and Maury County, in her white, 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe with TN license plate 035 FRZ.

Norsworthy was extremely confused during her last phone contact with family an hour ago, and is no longer answering her cell phone. If you spot Norsworthy or have information, call 911.
