Franklin, TN – Franklin Police are investigating a rash of overnight auto burglaries in Falcon Creek Subdivision. Twenty-one residents there discovered items, like electronics and cash, missing from their vehicles this morning. In one case, a Nissan Pathfinder with the keys inside was stolen from a driveway and later abandoned in the same subdivision.
Franklin Police are working with Williamson County Sheriff’s Deputies, who are also investigating a series of overnight auto burglaries in the nearby Cedarmont Farms Subdivision.
Franklin Police urge residents to lock their car doors and take valuables inside with them. Entry was not forced to a single victim’s vehicle, as each of the 21 was left unlocked. Information about this case could be worth up to $1,000 with a simple call to CrimeStoppers: (615) 794-4000.
