Franklin, TN – Overnight vandals stole more than 50 address placards from mailboxes in the Chestnut Bend Subdivision. Neighbors began reporting the thefts at around 6:30 this morning. The vandals also made off with about a dozen mailboxes by uprooting and then smashing them nearby. A total dollar loss has not yet been determined, but will likely be upwards of $2,000.
