Franklin, TN – On 02/21/2014 at 10:40 pm, Pamela Stevens, 57 of Franklin, slowed down for the checkpoint set up on Mack Hatcher at Donelson Creek but then sped through it, refusing to stop for police. After careening through the checkpoint, Stevens traveled about .5 miles with an officer behind her with their lights and siren activated, finally pulling over on Mack Hatcher near Columbia Avenue.
