NOTE: As of January 1, 2024, a new method for calculating sewer and water demand (in SFUEs) and new impact fees are in effect.

To request water and/or sewer availability for a project:
Applicants should fill out the updated application for availability, which should be emailed to availability@franklintn.gov.

The submitted application should include the relevant spreadsheet below:

Water and Sewer Demand/Fee Spreadsheet (if the property will be served with Franklin Water)

Sewer Only Demand/Fee Spreadsheet (if the property will not be served with Franklin Water)

All development plans and site plans for multi-phase developments are required to include, in the development plan and site plan submittals, a capacity takedown chart.  A template for your use is below:
