Interviews will be conducted on Test Day after candidates pass the written exam and Fireground Physical Ability Test (FPAT). The interview panel will consist of three Fire Department Battalion Chiefs and three Fire Department shift personnel. All candidates will be asked the same interview questions and the panelists will score each candidate against City of Franklin values and job-specific competencies.
