One of the important aspects of the Stormwater Program is to look for any unlawful discharges of pollutants to the storm drain system. 

You can help us by reporting any pollution or imminent pollution to this office for further investigation.

If you witness any of the following, please report using the form below:

  • water pollution activity
  • see material spilled or dumped into a waterway
  • observe conditions near a storm drain or stream that indicate a polluting activity

If the situation is an imminent threat to life and health, please call 911 to report the situation.

If the situation is related to drainage or flooding issues, please contact the City of Franklin Streets Department at 615-791-3254.
