Project Description

The City of Franklin is utilizing City funds, along with up to $22.4M in Federal Surface Transportation Block Grant (STBG) funds, to reconstruct and widen and East McEwen Drive, from east of the roundabout at Cool Springs Boulevard/Oxford Glen Drive to Wilson Pike (SR-252).  The final project will be a median divided, 4-lane facility with left-turn lanes as needed.  The project will include: curb & gutter, an ADA-compliant sidewalk, a multi-use path, and street lighting. 

Location

From Approximately 800 feet east of the roundabout at Cool Springs Boulevard/Oxford Glen Drive to Wilson Pike (SR-252).
