The City of Franklin offers a variety of payment methods for utility payments.

   *Payments remitted by mail are processed the day received. Please allow ample time for delivery to avoid a late charge.

3. Drop box :

   Customers may drop off payments 24 hours a day in the secure drop box located next to the First Horizon Bank drive-thru along the side of the 2nd Avenue Parking Garage.  The customer's account is credited the same day if dropped off by 8 am.

4. In Person:

   Customers may make in person payments Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm* at City Hall located at:
   109 Third Ave South, Suite 143
   Franklin, TN 37064
   *Except for major holidays when City Hall is closed.

5. By Phone:

   Customers can call (866) 696-1916 to pay over the phone with a credit card.  There is no fee to pay with a credit card.

6. Automatic Draft:

   Customers may sign up for bank draft and the City will automatically draft the amount due on the last day to pay. 

    

Methods of Payment

Customers may pay in person by cash, check, money order, cashier's check, or credit card.  Customers may pay by mail or drop box with check, money order, or cashier's check.  Credit  Card payments are accepted online or by phone.

Dishonored Payments

 Should a payment be dishonored, then the customer is subject to additional fees in accordance with State law.
