The City is excited to launch our utility e-billing service.  City customers can now sign up for paperless billing and pay your utility bill online.  Bills will be sent to your email account and customers can pay with a simple click of the computer mouse or by smart phone.

To sign up visit www.franklintn.gov/myaccount.  Sign in to opt in to the paperless billing.  If you do not currently have an account online, follow the directions to create an account.  You will need your utility billing account number found on your utility bill to create your account.

Questions may be directed to the customer service department at 615.794.4572.  This is a voluntary service and offers a convenient and flexible way for residents to receive and pay a utility bill.  There is no charge to participate.
