Greg Caesar was elected Alderman At Large for Franklin in 2023. In his role as Alderman, Greg serves as Vice-Chair of both the Capital Investment Committee and the City Beer Board.
Greg and his family moved to Franklin in 2007. He is a Graduate of Leadership Franklin, Franklin Citizens Government Academy, and a Mentor for the Williamson County Schools’ Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center. He served on the City's Board of Zoning Appeals for over 10 years before his election as Alderman and continues to support local non-profit organizations including The Brett Boyer Foundation, My Friend’s House, One Gen Away, and The Habitat for Humanity.
A proud Tennessee native, Greg graduated from the University of Memphis, where he cultivated a passion for public service, served as an Intern for the Tennessee State House of Representatives, and held multiple on-campus leadership roles – including being named Mr. University of Memphis. While working full-time and living in Mobile, AL, Greg completed a master’s degree in business administration at The University of South Alabama before returning to Tennessee to continue raising his growing family.
Professionally, Greg has worked in healthcare for more than two decades. His career includes working domestically and internationally with a Fortune 500 company as well as taking a small start-up medical device business public before being acquired. He is now an owner and partner in a healthcare consulting firm and works with clients from all over the United States.
Greg met his wife Darci (Richcreek), of Columbia, TN, while attending the University of Memphis and married shortly thereafter. Greg and Darci have four children—Anna, John, Charlie, and Mary. Greg and family attend St. Philip Catholic Church, in downtown Franklin, where Greg previously served on the Parish Pastoral Council.
In his free time Greg enjoys running, exploring nature, yoga, reading, supporting his kids’ athletic and entrepreneurial pursuits, and college sports.
