NOTE: Board and Commission applications are accepted on a continuous basis and are good for 1 year from the date of submission. Applicants will be contacted for an interview when an opening has been identified in an Board or Commission that was marked for interest.

The City of Franklin relies upon citizen participation on the various Boards and Commissions to help make Franklin the best community it can be. This form serves as an aid to help the Board of Mayor and Alderman select interested community members and guide them in the appointment process.
