Franklin, TN – A family of four has been displaced following an afternoon house fire that significantly damaged a home on Daniels Drive. 

The Franklin Fire Department was dispatched to the single-story residence at 2:15 PM. 

Franklin Fire Investigator Will Farris said one occupant was home at the time of the fire and escaped unharmed.  He said the cause of the fire is under investigation. 

The American Red Cross is assisting the family.
