Franklin Police and Crime Stoppers are offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the identity of this woman. She used credit cards from the victim’s lost wallet to fraudulently purchase nearly $400 in merchandise at the Franklin Walmart on October 29. The suspect left in the light colored hatchback vehicle, also pictured in this release.
