A neighborhood meeting will be held on September 4, 2018 at 6pm in the Franklin City Hall Training Room to review a proposed amendment to Envision Franklin. An applicant has requested a change to the Envision Franklin Design Concepts Map for a 33.5 acre property west of the Stream Valley entrance on Lewisburg Pike.  The applicant is requesting to change Map 117 Parcel 12.00 from Single-Family Residential to Conservation Subdivision. The amendment will be placed on the September 27, 2018 Franklin Municipal Planning Commission agenda. A public hearing will take place before the vote.
