PUBLIC NOTICE

            Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the Franklin Beer Board will be held in the  Community Development Conference Room, Public Square, Franklin, Tennessee, on the 10th day of July 2018 at 2:30 P.M. for the purpose of considering any and all matters brought to its attention that shall include, but not be limited to the following:

1. Consider beer permit revocation or suspension of the following beer permits:

A hearing will address alleged violations of Title 8, Chapter 2 of the Franklin Municipal Code, specifically, by making or allowing the sale of beer to a person under twenty one (21) years of age, in violation of Section 8-223 (5) of the Franklin Municipal Code.

2.  Other Business.
