A Public Hearing will occur Thursday, March 22, 2018 in City Hall at 5:15 p.m. This will occur in the Development Services Conference Room, 109 3rd Avenue South regarding the Annual Action Plan that will be submitted to the Department of Housing and Urban Development.  The City of Franklin is an entitlement City and receives Community Development Block Grant funds  from the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
