AGENDA FOR SPECIAL Design Review Committee Meeting

HISTORIC ZONING COMMISSION

March 5, 2018

4:00 P.M.

Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the Design Review Committee of the Franklin Historic Zoning Commission will be held on Monday, March 5, 2018.  

The Committee will meet at 285 Spencer Creek Rd. (Parcel 063-021.01) at 4:00 P.M. to conduct a site visit.  For accommodations due to disabilities, contact the Human Resources Department at 791-3216 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.

The purpose of the site visit will be to conduct a design review workshop.  The Design Review Committee only makes recommendations to the Historic Zoning Commission. 

The meeting will include the following items:

1. Discussion of Historic Preservation Buffer Reduction Request for Proposed Cheekwood Golf Club Expansion PUD Subdivision, located at 285 Spencer Creek Rd. (Parcel 063-021.01); Greg Gamble, Applicant.
