The Employee Pension and Trust Committee serves in an advisory capacity to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen on the administration of the City’s retirement benefit programs.  Members of the Committee include the Mayor, one Alderman and two citizens nominated by the Mayor, two employee representatives elected by the active employees and the Human Resources Department Director.  Staff to the Committee include the City’s licensed actuary, pension attorney and the Assistant City Administrator/Chief Financial Officer. 

The Committee meets periodically, typically two or three times a year, generally on a Monday at 1pm.
