Notice is hereby given that the Franklin Municipal Planning Commission will hold a special non-voting meeting on February 28, 2018, at the Eastern Flank Battle Park Clubhouse, located at 1368 Eastern Flank Circle. The meeting will start at 9:00 AM and end at 3:00 PM. The purpose of the meeting is to conduct annual Planning Commission training and discuss the following items:

1. (9:00 – 9:30 am) Role of Franklin Municipal Planning Commission

    

2. (9:30 – 10:45 am) Envision Franklin Recap and Discussion

    

3. (11:00 – 12:00 pm) Zoning Ordinance Update Discussion

    

4. (12:45 – 1:15 pm) Subdivision Regulations Update Discussion

    

5. (1:15 – 1:45 pm) Development Review Process Discussion

    

6. (2:00 – 3:00 pm) Legal Training
