On November 2, 2017 at 6pm, a neighborhood meeting will take place in the Franklin City Hall Training Room regarding a proposed amendment to Envision Franklin. The request is to change the design concept from Conservation Subdivision to Mixed Residential for the two parcels located on the southwest and southeast corners of Mack C. Hatcher Memorial Parkway and Franklin Road.

The request will be heard by the FMPC on December 14, 2017 at 7 p.m. in the City Hall Board Room.
