Franklin—The City of Franklin Parks Department is holding a public forum Thursday, May 13, 2010, at the Eastern Flank Battle Park Hall beginning at 6:00 p.m. The forum is to discuss the concept designs for the potential historic road currently under review. All citizens and interested parties are welcome to attend for an opportunity to learn about the designs, the process, and the progress to date, as well to ask questions about the project.
