Special Notice:
There is a 45 percent chance of severe weather beginning around noon on Saturday according to weather officials. We urge all citizens to please stay tuned to the weather before heading to the Festival on Saturday. City and County Public Safety officials will closely monitor the weather situation and will notify the Downtown Franklin Association of any impending severe weather. If there is not enough time to clear the area, several shelters will be open for the public including the Fourth Avenue Church of Christ, First United Methodist Church (new sanctuary on Church Street), Old Williamson County Court House, St. Philip Catholic Church, and Hiram Masonic Lodge. If there is enough time before the severe weather reaches downtown Franklin, the festival will close and re-open on Sunday.
