AGENDA FOR DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING

HISTORIC ZONING COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Design Review Committee of the Franklin Historic Zoning Commission will be held at the Franklin City Hall on Monday, September 21, 2015, at 4:00 P.M. in the Community Development Conference Room at 109 Third Avenue South. For accommodations due to disabilities, contact the Human Resources Department at 791-3216 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
The purpose of the regular meeting will be to conduct a design review workshop. The Design Review Committee only makes recommendations to the Historic Zoning Commission.
The meeting will include the following items:
1. Discussion of New Construction (Principal, Accessory) at 107 Harlinsdale Ct.; Kent Eshleman, Applicant.
2. Discussion of Demolition (Principal) at 111 Bridge St.; Greg Gamble, Applicant.
3. Discussion of Revision to Development Plan for Harpeth Square PUD Subdivision, located at Various Properties within the Block of E. Main St., 1st Ave. N., Bridge St., and 2nd Ave. N..; Greg Gamble, Applicant.
4. Discussion of Alterations (Porch) at 1006 W. Main St.; Kevin Coffey, Applicant.
5. Discussion of New Construction (Principal, Accessory) at 1022 Benelli Park Ct. (Lot 8); Preston Shea, Applicant.
6. Discussion of Alterations (Siding, Gutters, Utilities, Canopy, Porch Stoop, Lighting) and Window Replacement at 318 3rd Ave. S.; Amanda McCreary, Applicant.
7. Discussion of Alterations (Storefront) at 346 Main St.; Joshua McBride, Applicant.
