AGENDA FOR Design Review Committee Meeting

CITY OF FRANKLIN

HISTORIC ZONING COMMISSION

August 17, 2015

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Design Review Committee of the Franklin Historic Zoning Commission will be held at the Franklin City Hall on Monday, August 17, 2015, at 4:00 P.M. in the Community Development Conference Room at 109 Third Avenue South.  For accommodations due to disabilities, contact the Human Resources Department at 791-3216 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.

The purpose of the regular meeting will be to conduct a design review workshop.  The Design Review Committee only makes recommendations to the Historic Zoning Commission. 

The meeting will include the following items:

1. Discussion of New Construction at 1017 Benelli Park Ct.; Mitch Barnett, Applicant.
2. Discussion of Addition at 902 Evans St.; Dale Kolford, Applicant.
3. Discussion of Alterations (Wall) at 243 3^rd Ave. S.; Brent & Sarah Hill, Applicants. 
4. Discussion of Addition (Principal), Alterations (Porch, Windows), and New Construction (Accessory) at 1006 W. Main St.; Kevin Coffey, Applicant.
