The Waters Edge development company, RESG, LLC is proposing a revision to development plan of Waters Edge, currently under construction on Carothers Parkway. The development plan revision will increase the number of homes by 37, for a total of 373 homes on 195.5 acres.

RESG, LLC will be holding a Neighborhood Meeting to present the proposed plan revision on October 29, 2014 in the City Hall Board Room at City Hall located at 109 3rd Avenue in Franklin, Tennessee. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm.

This rezoning is scheduled to be heard at the City of Franklin Planning Commission on December 18th at 7pm. The Planning Commission is a public hearing, and there will be an opportunity for public comments.
