Neighborhood Meeting Notification

Dear Neighbor,

The Highlands at Ladd Park development company, Trillium Ventures is proposing a revision to development plan of The Highlands at Ladd Park, currently under construction off Long Lane and Carothers Parkway. The development plan revision will increase the number of homes by 26 single family homes, for a total of 1176 lots on about 619 acres.

All proposed changes to the Development Plan will occur in Section N. Section N is an approximately 45 acre, currently undeveloped section of the development off Long Lane.

Trillium Ventures will be holding a Neighborhood Meeting to present the proposed plan revision on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 in the City Hall Board Room at City Hall located at 109 3rd Avenue in Franklin, Tennessee. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm.

This Development Plan is scheduled to be heard at the City of Franklin Planning Commission on December 18th at 7pm. The Planning Commission is a public hearing, and there will be an opportunity for public comments.
