A public hearing will be held, as above, concerning each of the following:
- A summary report on the use of funds from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program for the period July 1, 2013 – June 30, 2014.
- Information on other activities for the same period toward meeting the housing goals outlined in the Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development.
CDBG Program Funding for the year ending June 30, 2014 was allocated as follows: Emergency Demonstration Repair Program $128.308.00, Community Based Development Organization (CBDO) Program $61,686.00, Fair Housing Program, $7,403.00 Grantee Administration $49,350.00. Total Grant $246,747.00.
Draft copies of the Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report will be available on August 11, 2014 at Franklin City Hall, and at the hearing. The public comment period will end on Thursday, September 14, 2014. Copies of this report will be provided upon request by calling The City of Franklin at 550-6649.
