PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Franklin Beer Board will be held in the City Hall Board Room, Public Square, Franklin, Tennessee, on the 8th day of April at 4:30 P.M. for the purpose of considering any and all matters brought to its attention that shall include, but not be limited to the following:
1. Approve minutes of March 11th, 2014.
2. Consider application of Friends of Franklin Parks, 239 Franklin Road, Mindy Tate, Managing
Agent for special event, on premises consumption, event date & hours: June 21, 2014.
3:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
3. Consider application of Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee d/b/a Wine Down Main Street,
Main Street, Denise Carothers, Managing Agent, for special event, on premises consumption
event date & hours: November 1, 2014, 7:00 PM until 10:00 PM.
4. Consider application of Kroger Limited Partnership I d/b/a Kroger #592, 1203 Murfreesboro Road,
Kevin Burrows, Managing Agent, for off premises consumption.
5. Consider application of MACS Retail LLC d/b/a Tiger Market #0226, 449 Cool Springs Blvd,
Robert Bradley Williams, Managing Agent, for off premises consumption.
6. Consider application of Rotary Club of Franklin at Noon d/b/a Franklin Noon Rotary Rodeo
Hospitality, 4215 Long Lane (AG Expo Park), Devin Gillium, Managing Agent, for special
Event, on premises consumption, event date & hours: May 14 thru May 17, 6:00 PM until
10:00 PM.
7. Other Business.
