Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Franklin Beer Board will be held in the City Hall Board Room, Public Square, Franklin, Tennessee, on the 11th day of February at 4:30 P.M. for the purpose of considering any and all matters brought to its attention that shall include, but not be limited to the following:
1. Approve minutes of January 14th, 2014.
2. Consider application of Chef Lin’s at Franklin LLC d/b/a Fulin’s Asian Cuisine, 3046 Columbia
Avenue, Suite 102, Ling Zhi Chi, Managing Agent, for on premises consumption.
3. Consider application of Kayvee Development LLC d/b/a Bombay Bistro, 9040 Carothers Pkwy,
Suite B-11, Vimal Ganatra, Managing Agent, for on & off premises.
4. Consider application of Heritage Foundation of Franklin & Williamson County d/b/a Franklin
Main Street Brew Fest, Main Street from 2nd Avenue to 5th Avenue, Nancy Williams, Managing
Agent for special event, on premises consumption, event date & hours: March 15, 2014, 6:00 PM
until 9:00 PM.
5. Consider application of Heritage Foundation of Franklin & Williamson County d/b/a Franklin
Main Street Festival, 4th Ave South, 4th Ave North, 414 Main Street Festival (in front of
McCreary’s), Nancy Williams, Managing Agent, for special event, on premises consumption,
event date & hours: April 26, 2014, 10:00 AM until 10:00 PM, April 27, 2014, 12:00 PM until
6:00 PM.
6. Other Business.
