Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Franklin Beer Board will be held in the City Hall Board Room, Public Square, Franklin, Tennessee, on the 14th day of January at 4:30 P.M. for the purpose of considering any and all matters brought to its attention that shall include, but not be limited to the following:
1. Approve minutes of December 10th, 2013.
2. Election of Chair and Vice Chair.
3. Annual report in accordance with TCA 57-5-605.
4. Consider application of Kayvee Development LLC d/b/a Bombay Bistro, 9040 Carothers Pkwy,
Suite B-11, Vimal Ganatra, Managing Agent, for on & off premises consumption.
5. Consider application of Swagruha Indian Restaurant LLC, 790 Jordan Road, Suite 101, Siva
Pavuluri, Managing Agent, for on premises consumption.
6. Consider application of Gina’s Stonefired Italian & Pizzeria LLC, 3046 Columbia Avenue,
Suite 118, Joseph Stellino, Managing Agent, for on premises consumption.
7. Consider application of La Villa Tortilleria Inc., 1223 Columbia Avenue, Berenice E. Lopez,
Managing Agent, for off premises consumption.
8. Other Business.
