HISTORIC ZONING COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Design Review Committee of the Franklin Historic Zoning Commission will be held at the Franklin City Hall on Monday, April 20, 2015, at 4:00 P.M. in the Community Development Conference Room at 109 Third Avenue South.  For accommodations due to disabilities, contact the Human Resources Department at 791-3216 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.

The purpose of the regular meeting will be to conduct a design review workshop.  The Design Review Committee only makes recommendations to the Historic Zoning Commission. 

The meeting will include the following items:

1. Discussion of New Construction at 1321 Adams St.; P Shea Design, Applicant.
2. Discussion of Awning and Alterations (Façade) at 435 Main St.; Dawn Craig, Applicant.
3. Discussion of New Construction at 107 Harlinsdale Ct.; Kent Eshelman and Brian Sipple, Applicants.
