AGENDA FOR DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING
CITY OF FRANKLIN
HISTORIC ZONING COMMISSION
March 17, 2014
4:00 P.M.
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Design Review Committee of the Franklin Historic Zoning Commission will be held at the Franklin City Hall on Monday, March 17, 2014, at 4:00 P.M. in the Community Development Conference Room at 109 Third Avenue South. For accommodations due to disabilities, contact the Human Resources Department at 791-3216 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
The purpose of the regular meeting will be to conduct a design review workshop. The Design Review Committee only makes recommendations to the Historic Zoning Commission.
The meeting will include the following items:
1. Discussion of Barn Quilt at 239 Franklin Rd. (the Park at Harlinsdale Farm); The Quilt Guild, Applicant.
2. Discussion of Alteration (Wall/Gate) at City Cemetery (located at intersection of 4th Ave. N. & N. Margin St.); City of Franklin, Applicant.
3. Discussion of Awnings at 250 3rd Ave. S.; Nancy Whittemore, Applicant.
4. Discussion of Alterations (Deck, Windows/Doors, Masonry, Signage, Utilities Placement/Screening) at 232 5th Ave. N.; Jason Collins, Applicant.
5. Discussion of Addition & Alterations (Principal) at 119 Lewisburg Ave.; Kevin Coffey, Applicant.
6. Discussion of Addition (Screened Porch) at 1001 Fair St.; Kelly Harville, Applicant.
7. Discussion of New Construction (Accessory) at 215 5th Ave. N.; Howard Switzer, Applicant.
