DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING

CITY OF FRANKLIN

HISTORIC ZONING COMMISSION

June 16, 2014

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Design Review Committee of the Franklin Historic Zoning Commission will be held at the Franklin City Hall on Monday, June 16, 2014, at 4:00 P.M. in the Community Development Conference Room at 109 Third Avenue South.  For accommodations due to disabilities, contact the Human Resources Department at 791-3216 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.

The purpose of the regular meeting will be to conduct a design review workshop.  The Design Review Committee only makes recommendations to the Historic Zoning Commission. 

The meeting will include the following items:

1. Discussion of New Construction of Seven (7) Principal Structures at 1006 Fair St.; Ed Binkley, Applicant.
2. Discussion of New Construction at Benelli Park, located at 425 & 431 Boyd Mill Ave.; Doug Majors, Applicant.
3. Discussion of Demolition (Accessory), New Construction (Accessory), & Alterations (Architectural Features, Windows, Porch Enclosure) at 117 Lewisburg Ave.; Joe Melz, Applicant.
4. Discussion of Alterations (Non-Enclosed Porch, Dormers, Garage) at 106 Winslow Rd.; Preston Quirk, Applicant.
5. Discussion of New Construction (Principal & Accessory) at 135 Harlinsdale Ct. (Lot 8); Preston Quirk, Applicant.
