Meeting for a proposed Development Plan for the property located at Map 062, Parcel 04510 at 101
Cool Springs Boulevard in Franklin, TN. The applicant is proposing a mixed-use building with a
basement level parking garage for the property at the corner of Cool Springs Blvd and Mack Hatcher
Pkwy. The building will provide 192 residential units with Club and Fitness Area as well as an outdoor
amenity courtyard and swimming pool. Approximately 3,400 square feet of commercial space is also
planned for the building. The basement level parking garage will have shared public parking for the
commercial users as well as dedicated parking for the residents.
