The Franklin Fire Department is partnering with Williamson County Fire/Rescue to present a Fire Safety Workshop for children who are deaf or hard of hearing and their families. The event will feature FFD’s Family Safety House, an interactive, educational trailer where children learn fire safety and survival skills.

Deaf educators and firefighters will be there to provide children and their families with the tips and tools they need to stay safe, including free visual carbon monoxide alarms.  Attendees may also sign up for free Safe Awake alarms to be installed by their local fire departments.
