PUBLIC NOTICE
The City of Franklin will be conducting a PUBLIC MEETING on September 2, 2021 at 6:00 p.m., local time, at Training Room at Franklin City Hall, to provide information about the City’s application for a Clean Water State Revolving Fund Loan in the amount of $19,500,000.00 for the Wastewater Treatment Plant and Biosolids Improvements project and the resulting impact, if any, on monthly sewer bills.
Per the State Revolving Fund evaluation, current user rates are sufficient to repay the loan.
