- Consideration Of Resolution 2020-183, A Resolution Declaring That The Stormwater Appeals Board Members Shall Meet On September 15, 2020 at 5:30pm And Conduct Its Essential Business By Electronic Means Rather Than Being Required To Gather A Quorum Of The Members Physically Present In The Same Location Because It Is Necessary To Protect The Health, Safety, And Welfare Of Tennesseans In Light Of The COVID-19 Outbreak.

- Election of Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary.
- Request to appeal the City Engineers decision by Alex Chan for the property located at 1228 Lakeview Drive Franklin, Tn 37067. Specifically, for relief of $19,000 of Civil Penalties resulting from failure to meet construction deadlines associated with drainage improvements required by the City Engineer to relieve downstream flooding at 1226 Lakeview Drive Franklin, Tn 37067.
