The presentation will start at 6:00 PM. The purpose of the community meeting is to inform the public about proposed changes to reduce the lot size and lot width minimums stated in the Single Family, Mixed Residential, and Conservation Subdivision Design Concepts within Envision Franklin, the City’s land use plan. This amendment will apply to single family dwellings accessed by alleys.
The following policy in Envision Franklin applies to the Single-Family, Mixed Residential, and Conservation Subdivision Design Concepts:
- Single-family lots with dwellings accessed by alleys should have a minimum lot width of 45 feet and a minimum lot size of 4,950 square feet.
