This holiday season, Franklin Police would like to remind shoppers that you can greatly reduce your chances of being the victim of an auto burglary, by simply locking your car doors and not leaving valuables in your unattended vehicle. Taking GPS units and satellite radios off the dash, and not leaving purses, briefcases or laptops in plain view all make your car less attractive to criminals.
