Beer Board
Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Franklin Beer Board will be held in the City Hall Board Room, Public Square, Franklin, Tennessee, on the 9th day August at 4:30 P.M. for the purpose of considering any and all matters brought to its attention that shall include, but not be limited to the following:
1. Approve minutes of July 12th, 2011.
2. Consider application of Philip Walley d/b/a The Double Barrel, 230 Franklin Rd, Ste 11-A,
(The Factory), Philip Walley, Managing Agent, for on premises consumption.
3. Consider application of Happy Tales Humane d/b/a One Big Wag, 230 Franklin Rd, Liberty Hall,
(The Factory) Kat Hitchcock, Managing Agent, for special event, on premises.
4. Consider application of West End Restaurants, LLC d/b/a BrickTop’s Cool Springs, 1576 West
McEwen Drive, Tony Grippo, Managing Agent, for on premises consumption.
5. Consider application of The Heritage Foundation of Franklin & Williamson County d/b/a
The Heritage Ball, 1343 Carnton Lane, Eastern Flank Battlefield Park, Mary Pearce, Managing
Managing Agent, for special event, on premises.
6. Consider application of PV II, LLC d/b/a Porta Via, 3301 Aspen Grove Drive, Suite 100,
Stefano Hugh, Managing Agent, for on premises consumption.
7. Other Business.
