PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Franklin Beer Board will be held in the City Hall Board Room, Public Square, Franklin, Tennessee, on the 10th day May at 4:30 P.M. for the purpose of considering any and all matters brought to its attention that shall include, but not be limited to the following:
1. Approve minutes of April 12th, 2011.
2. Consider application of H. Francisco Valencia d/b/a Oscar’s Taco Shop, 4115 Mallory Lane,
Suite 240, H. Francisco Valencia, Managing Agent, for on premises consumption.
3. Consider application of Franklin Tomorrow Inc. d/b/a Franklin Tomorrow Shrimp Boil, 230
Franklin Road, (The Factory), Natalie Dodd Whitten Managing Agent, for special event, on
premises.
4. Consider application of W2007 Equity Inns Realty LLC d/b/a Hampton Inn & Suites, 7141
South Springs Drive, Rodney Lindsey, Managing Agent, for on premises consumption.
5. Consider application of BHG Nashville #1 LLC d/b/a Drake’s, 553 Cool Springs Blvd #100,
Eric Finch, Managing Agent, for on premises consumption.
6. Other Business.
