PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Franklin Beer Board will be held in the City Hall Board Room, Public Square, Franklin, Tennessee, on the 9th day of October at 4:30 P.M. for the purpose of considering any and all matters brought to its attention that shall include, but not be limited to the following:
1. Approve minutes of September 11th, 2012.

2. Consider application of Granite City Restaurant Operations Inc. d/b/a Granite City Food & Brewery,
1864 West McEwen Drive, Lyle Richardson, Managing Agent for On & Off Premises and
Manufacturing Permit.
3. Consider application of The Brown Center for Autism, 230 Franklin Road (The Factory),
Paul Malone, Managing Agent for Special Event, On Premises consumption, Event Date & Hours:
October 26, 2012, 7:00 PM until 10:00 PM.
4. Consider application of J Alexander’s Restaurants LLC d/b/a J Alexander’s Restaurants,
1721 Galleria Blvd, Adam Rimer, Managing Agent, for on premises consumption.
5. Consider application of Jim ‘N Nicks Nashville II d/b/a Jim ‘N Nicks Bar-B-Q, 3608 Mallory Lane,
Molly James, Managing Agent, for on premises consumption.
6. Consider application ofThe Frothy Monkey, LLC d/b/a The Frothy Monkey, 125 Fifth Ave S,
Jeff Gibbs, Managing Agent, for on premises consumption.
