PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Franklin Beer Board will be held in the City Hall Board Room, Public Square, Franklin, Tennessee, on the 8th day May at 4:30 P.M. for the purpose of considering any and all matters brought to its attention that shall include, but not be limited to the following:
1. Approve minutes of April 10th, 2012 regular meeting and April 17th, 2012 special meeting.
2. Consider application of Turtle Anarchy Brewing Co. LLC d/b/a Turtle Anarchy Brewing Co.,
216 Noah Drive, Suite 140, Mark Kamp Jr., Managing Agent, for On & Off Premises and
Manufacturing permit.
3. Consider application of PHN LLC d/b/a Cheeseburger Charley’s, 790 Jordan Road, Suite 101,
Carl Neuhoff Jr., Managing Agent, for on premises consumption.
4. Consider application of Drury Development Corporation d/b/a Drury Plaza Hotel, 1874 West
McEwen Drive, Cory Lewis Clark, Managing Agent, for on premises consumption.
5. Consider application of Pure Life Enterprises LLC d/b/a “The Bean” Coffee Bistro, 1010
Murfreesboro Rd, Suite 190A, Thomas Putnam, Managing Agent, for on premises consumption.
6. Other Business.
