Notice is hereby given that a joint non-voting workshop of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen and the Franklin Municipal Planning Commission will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2012, at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Development Conference Room. 2. BOMA and FMPC comments.

1. (6:00 pm) Call to order and announcements.
2. (6:00 - 6:30 pm) Review and discuss a potential rezoning/Development Plan application to revise the Reunion PUD, located south of Clovercroft Road, southeast of Market Street.
3. (6:30 pm) Adjourn.
