All Items Under The Consent Agenda Are Deemed To Be Non-Controversial And Routine In Nature By The Governing Body. They Will Be Approved As Recommended By Committee Or Staff By One Motion Of The Governing Body. The Items On The Consent Agenda Will Not Be Discussed. 34. Items Approved By The City Administrator On Behalf Of The Board Of Mayor And Aldermen:

A. Payment in the amount of $4,400 to Planning, Design & Research Engineers, Inc. for a Stage I asbestos survey of eleven (11) houses within Rebel Meadows subdivision. These buildings are scheduled for demolition to make way for the Mack Hatcher Parkway NW Extension. This test is mandated by TDEC for demolition of any residential building where there is more than one structure to be demolished for a larger project.
